The Florence is a beautiful new urban boutique apartment building. Located in the heart of Uptown Village, this project started with an empty lot and was custom designed from the ground up. The interior projects entailed 20 luxury apartments, 1 PNW inspired airbnb, 6 offices and a private whiskey lounge. Named after my client’s mother, we were thrilled to be the designer on such a personal and multi faceted project, that was completed in under two years.
